Cant log in

Just bad, cant login with PIN set at bank, you have to set up password and username first, then the app prompts u for a useable PIN. Now I cant top up my AIS service within the app and am stuck figuring how to do it. Really bad and poorly written banking app. If I had my say, the app writer needs to be fired.

Updated app still not support iphone 6, 6+, 6s, 6s+? No Touch ID supported. Frequently session timed out/disconnected even Im actively using the app. Please fix and add much needed features, this app looks outdated and feels left behind compare to those FinTech app out there.

Doesnt work more than half the time, freezes or logs you out constantly, and a convoluted and nearly impossible-to-navigate user experience.

Not working properly in IOS8xx. Tried on different devices. Need an update!

Plz fix it, cause for security reasons some people like me use some password keeping apps with 16 symbols length passwords, and it is quite impossible to remember that.

- Cant copy and paste and time up very fast - Report did not show time for transection, show only date, difficult to check - No function for pin login and fingerprint

App is great but still have some notices such get current location to find ATM or Bank does not zoom to find nearest one easily. And get stuck in AR camera to find the nearest bank and ATM so u must quit the app. Many thanks for such a good app.

Great app but the pin code lock should enable the app to stay logged in with account access protected only by the pin lock. As it is the pin lock serves no purpose.

Silly things like incorrectly written instructions for registering, and data inconsistencies between the Biller Group and the "quick search" for the Biller List, may necessitate phone calls to resolve the confusion. IMO, this app has regrettably been programmed from the perspective of a bank staff, not of a bank CUSTOMER. Unfortunate issues because its an otherwise useful and convenient app.

So long already still not optimize for iPhone 5 screen!

It takes a very long time to open, log-in and to navigate through the screens. I find it a lot faster to use the mobile website.

Very poor performance. Use it in the browser instead.

ช่วยทำการแก้ไขรายการ dropdownlist ที่ใช้ในการเลือกบัญชีต่างๆ ถ้าบุคคลนั้นมีหลายบัญชีเวลาทำการเลือกจะมีแถบขาวๆ ขึ้นมาแต่ไม่มีรายการให้เลือกแล้วก็แฮ้งครับแก้ไขด่วนสุดๆ เลยครับเพราะเชื่อว่าคนที่ใช้ ios8 หมดสิทธิ์ใช้งานถ้าเขามีบัญชีมากกว่า 1 บัญชีครับ

"Drop down" lists do not appear in iOS 8.

Please update. Crashes each time with the new iPhone 6 or ios8 software. Otherwise its been a good app. Please fix asap.
